History of Touches at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany New York

The Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany New York is proud to announce the exhibition History of Touches dedicated to the photographic work of the artist Elias Wessel. History of Touches brings together smaller formats of Wessel‘s On- and B/W Series of his latest work cycle Die Summe meiner Daten, 2017. The exhibition program includes guided tours with the artist and an artist talk moderated by Peter Duhon, director of the contemporary art blog Art Comments. The accompanying book Elias Wessel: Photographic Works between the Years 2014-2017 is published on the occasion of the two exhibitions Elias Wessel: History of Touches and Elias Wessel: Stuck Together Pieces! at 1014 New York. The exhibition opens November 9 and is on display until December 15, 2017
